Plutonium-239 Can Be Neutralized

Why won’t governments do it?

The technology to substantially reduce the level of radiation (by 90% or more) in a radioactive metal is known as “Nuclear Remediation.” It was first accomplished by an inventor named Yul Brown back in the 1980’s. It was witnessed by a New York assemblyman, Dan Haley. It is now 30 years later. Mr. Haley was last located in poor health in an elderly care facility near Phoenix. But could possibly still be reached. Here is a testimony he gave shortly after witnessing the event.

More recently, a physicist I know personally, was working at a nuclear power plant in the US which had a large amount of Plutonium-239 nuclear waste. He rebuilt the equipment necessary to duplicate Yul Brown’s remediation technique.

At this point, I should mention the sample Yul used in his demonstration was radioactive Cobalt. In the video, Dan Haley states the counts per minute given off by the Geiger Counter present at the demonstration, before and after. But my friend was using Plutonium-239. That is the nastiest of the nasty when it comes to radioactive metals. It is deadly even is micro-gram amounts. As far as I understand, this is “bomb grade” material. He tells me the sample he used for the demonstration was about the size of a golf ball.

Upon firing his test, he got the same immediate results as Yul Brown. Immediate loss of so much radiation as to make whatever was left safe to handle by hand.

What was his reward for showing such an amazing accomplishment? He was fired. His security credentials were immediately stripped and he was ordered by his superiors, working directly for the NRC, Nuclear Regulation Committee, to never do that again or face criminal terrorist charges.

We have criminally insane people running NRC and the Department of Energy to allow such an asinine political stunt.

More than half of the uranium mines in the world are owned by either David Rockefeller or the Queen of England. Both want more bomb making material, not more safety. Why are we allowing 2 insanely deranged, senile old farts to jeopardize all the lives in the world?

As pointed out recently on my energy news page http://www.commutefaster.com/Energy2.html measurements now show Fukushima releasing as much radiation as a thousand “H” bombs. Fukushima IS A NUCLEAR WAR BY ITSELF. Tragically it is hopeless to use this remediation technology on such a largely contaminated area. But the greater tragedy is why are politicians in all countries allowing radioactive waste to accumulate? It ALL could be neutralized on site! Most of the radiation coming out of Fukushima is from the massive waste it had stored, not just the rods in use at the time of the disaster.

Secretary of the Department of Energy, Dr. Steven Chu will be in Las Vegas August 30, 2011, along with Senator Harry Reid and several other big name politicians. It is the National Clean Energy Summit, held at the new Aria Hotel.

Senator Reid’s office has already been notified not only of the existence of this technology, but the name and contact information of the Physicist who actually did it! No response yet to date. And certainly no effort to return the gentleman’s security clearance.

If any of my readers can afford the $150 admission to the conference, please ask these guys why they continue to suppress this much needed technology? Why does any country need to make more nuclear bombs? I’m not breaking any national security laws by restating news you can find all over the internet: American, Russia and China now all have more powerful weapons than any nuclear bomb. Anything nuclear is now a dinosaur which needs to go totally extinct. It was not just a bad idea from the beginning, it has become the 3rd worst curse on mankind in its history, after Eve dialoging with a snake and a small band of ignorant religious zealots crucifying Christ.

High levels of radiation are now being measured across the northern hemisphere. Here is one from Toronto Canada.

Politicians need to act now. The technology is proven. But political restraints make it impossible for a small company to even try to penetrate the nuclear power industry as it is run by power hungry, egomaniac, bureaucrats with no concern for human life. They all need to be fired and replaced by humans with brains, and more importantly, hearts of compassion to act quickly when human suffering is involved.

Two company names come to mind. Fluor Corporation and General Electric. Both are US based and have profited in the billions from their work in Nuclear power. Both have massive cash reserves, along with engineering staff and existing licenses with the right agencies to go into present nuclear power plants and begin neutralizing all this radioactive waste that has been piling up for 60 years.

I am aware of a business effort Yul Brown made while alive back in the 80’s. He was offered $1 Billion for the technology. Then exterior forces intervened and the project was stopped.

I really don’t care if GE or any other mega corporation get even richer using this now expired patent. Just do it and prevent anything worse than Fukushima from happening elsewhere.

I can be reached at Leroy (at) commutefaster (dot) com if a true representative of GE or other firm already licensed in this industry want to contact me and save a lot of R&D time. A unit has already been designed and proven, which is small enough to be portable and merely brought to any nuclear facility to do the remediation there. No transportation of dangerous highly radioactive material is necessary at all.

To any CEO of a suitably licensed mega corporation reading this, even if you don’t give a flip about human life, this technology can add BILLIONS to your company’s bottom line. Don’t you even care about that anymore? Or are the internet rumors of all you guys being in the Illuminati and wanting to kill off the world correct? Your inaction proves the rumors to be true. Please prove them wrong and act on this immediately. The crisis grows worse by the second.

Investing in Energy R&D

Thursday, May 5th, 2011

Despite my ongoing criticism of Bill Gates, he made one intelligent comment recently that is worthy of quoting.

“Over 90 percent of subsidies are on deploying technology and not on R&D. You can buy as much old technology as you want, but you won’t get breakthroughs which only come out of basic research,” Gates said. “If we don’t have innovation in energy, we don’t have much at all.”

The problem is quite true. Energy monopolies only invest 0.3% of their revenue back into R&D. And none of that ends up in clean energy R&D. It only serves as a tax write off, or at best, small enhancement of their own existing technology, but nothing really new.

The big corporations are not going to change. BP and now GE are going to be blowing massive capital in legal expenses to fight off suits from their massive screw ups in the Gulf of Mexico and now Fukushima Japan. Any smaller corporation who worked with them will likely be doing the same.

If the public wants change in this area they have to do the investment themselves. Stop waiting on politicians and greed motivated corporations to do anything to help humanity.

Corporations are not bad. But bad people who run them can do harm to everyone. Investors, employees, customers and innocent bystanders were greatly harmed by the greedy tactics of BP and GE. Jack Welsch, former CEO of GE boasted about firing 10% of GE employees every year to get rid of the dead wood and increase profits. We now see with 20/20 hindsight that policy was really firing whistle blowers before they gathered enough evidence to convict him of placing greed over civilized thought, which ended up placing an extremely dangerous, 6 nuclear reactor complex on top of the intersection point of 3 tectonic plates. We realize now that action to be totally insane, even to the general public. You don’t need a PhD in nuclear physics to see the insanity of that action, which is what happened under Welsch’s “profit first” leadership. Some nuclear plant designers are known to have resigned in protest of GE’s unsafe design, but the greedy bean counters won over sanity.

I know of NO, I repeat, NO public stocks dong genuine research and development of truly clean energy technologies. But investments in private corporations are restricted to:

  • Accredited investors.

  • Other corporations.

  • Trusts or funds suitably charted to handle high risk investment.

The general public is warned to stay away. There are loopholes like knowing the inventor or a prior business relationship, but even I will tell you advanced energy R&D is extremely high risk for many reasons. The 2 main ones are time and market risks. But safety is another big one.

  1. Can the technology be developed into a complete system before any competitor does the same? Even with a defined goal, time flies by when solutions are the big unknown. And a proper solution may require skills beyond the inventor’s abilities. Then finding help takes more time. Very few investors have sufficient patience to weather out the time consumption factor. This is WHY investors should never bet the farm on one invention. It will never be complete according to their needs. If you can’t afford to lose it, don’t invest it.

  2. Can it penetrate the market and be accepted by consumers? Here again, in a timely fashion. Even a successful YouTube video may spark interest, but do you have manufacturing and distribution channels in place? Or will you have people waiting years for delivery, as they have done with Tesla’s and Fiskers?

  3. Can the finished design be used by the average consumer without getting hurt. Did your R&D budget cover adequate safety testing?

Safety is a major concern even during the R&D phase. This was sadly proven last year when an inventor in Southern California, working with a form of hydroxy, was killed when a tank of it exploded. Does the R&D team have sufficient knowledge and funding to handle safety issues during the experimentation phase?

Another approach to helping start ups is debt capital. While banks love to use the term “investment” when they encumber a company with debt, that is NOT INVESTMENT. True investment waits until the project shows a profit before sharing rewards. Bankers demand their reward immediately, and payback on their time schedule well before anything is ready to sell. Not good. And usually disastrous as time most always runs out before anything is ready to go. Stop thinking like a banker.

A company named Profounder https://www.profounder.com/ has a better answer to this problem. Even small investors may loan funds to a new start up idea. The payback is based upon future profits, not banker demands.

Convertible loans are another way to help a small start up R&D project. Write the terms just as Profounder does, to be based on future generated revenue rather than a clock or calendar.

So the only intelligent thing Bill Gates has said in years is to express the need to invest in clean energy R&D. I guess we have to practice what he preaches. He sure hasn’t.

Last but not least, if the inventor is working a second job to keep his garage research going, help him with that, whether buying things from his website or supporting his employer. Do unto others as you want them to do unto you.

Innovation comes at a cost. Politicians love to justify their taxes with the cliche phrase of “have you paid your fair share?” Unlike taxes which leave your control, what you buy or where you shop can truly accomplish good things. Have you invested your fare share with the right people for genuine improvements, or just continued to support the problem?

Nuclear Power is WRONG

Saturday, March 12th, 2011

The explosion today at the Fukushima reactor in Japan, following their series of major earthquakes and tsunami, vindicates the position I have held all along.

Repeating what we have preached here for 6 years:

  • Nuclear Power is Wrong
  • Centralized power for multiple cities is wrong
  • The above only exists due to bribed politicians in all countries.
  • There are MULTIPLE clean energy technologies that both work and can be localized for use rather that rely on a vulnerable power grid.

Nuclear power is DANGEROUSLY DIRTY to:

  1. create
  2. operate
  3. eliminate

1. Mining uranium creates radioactive dust causing 500x normal cancer rates in nearby residents.

2. All nuke reactors leak tritium into ground water and are vulnerable to natural disaster like Japan is experiencing or terrorism.

3. Storage of waste is a political football, creating massive wealth to corrupt government contractors.

It is a rotten stinking tragedy that the country of Japan has become the testing ground for the work of demon possessed mad scientists from 70 years ago.

The decision to drop nukes on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was made by occultists inside Skull & Bones working with other maniacs entrenched in Talmudic studies. Try reading the Talmud, it is as demonic as the Koran.

The decision to promote nuclear power was a conciliatory act by Dwight Eisenhower as he caved into pressure from the military industrial complex that he warned US Citizens about in his farewell speech.

Those who ignore history are condemned to repeat it.
