NBC hatchet spokesman Chris Hansen opens his propaganda piece referencing “desperate times call for desperate measures.”  Since the HAFC was exposing criminal activity by oil and car companies to force the public to contend with low mileage vehicles, it is apparent something desperate had to be done to confuse the public and keep money flowing at the gas pumps.

Lie #1
The report quickly confuses the public showing clips of Dennis Lee talking about a totally different technology than the one they actual pretend to test.  Like me bragging how tall the Empire State building is as a steel structure, then showing me standing next to my metal shed in the back yard. This is a total misquote of what was being described by Dennis Lee.

Lie #2
Less than 2 minutes in, Chris misrepresents the HAFC by saying that it turns water into fuel.  The HAFC electrolyzes water into 2 gases.  Those 2 gases convert gasoline, the REAL FUEL, into a much better burning and more explosive formula.

Lie #3
Chris then launches into an irrelevant topic, implying that dealership sales is the ultimate scam. Chris never mentions anyone can sell the HAFC unit and earn a commission absolutely free. No expensive dealership is necessary at all.  Dealerships offer different benefits Chris chooses to never mention.

Lie #4
Sam Burlum may have a big ego.  But he is NOT the “director of research” for the HAFC. He may be research director at HIS OWN company, but not Dutchman.

Lie #5
At the 4:25 point, Chris introduces a guy from Popular Mechanics. Yes, the SAME Popular Mechanics who rubber stamped everything the Bush administration said about 9/11/2001.  So we are to believe an organization caught lying about the deaths of 3,000 people and has DIRECT ties to big oil is going to tell us the truth about any mileage improvement device?  Of the millions of credible mechanics in the US, is there possibly a REASON NBC chose to use Popular Mechanics? Let’s see, Popular Mechanic’s online research editor is or was Benjamin Chertoff, cousin of Michael Chertoff, Bush’s appointee to Department of Homeland security. Popular Mechanics is owned by Hearst Publications and has a history of selling misinformation propaganda to the public for decades.  The old movie “Citizen Kane” was based on the Hearst propaganda machine. The present management has ties to CIA and a member or 2 from Skull and Bones. Is there a reason NBC chose NOT to interview either of the 2 expert witnesses who delivered testimony at the FTC trial?

Popular Mechanic Sr. Automotive editor claims the HAFC doesn’t make enough hydrogen to make a difference.  So NBC is quickly making the viewer believe hydrogen production is the only thing that would affect performance.  Wrong.  The car’s computer is the main issue and is dealt with by the optimizer.  The small amount of hydrogen generated is quite sufficient to make a considerable difference when combined with the computer corrections done by the optimizer.

Omitted detail, possible partiality
The HAFC is known to be a complex installation.  Messing with anything could and will destroy its performance.  Was a Dutchman installer allowed to be present during the dynamometer testing? No.  Are we to believe the test facility chosen by the accuser is to be believed as not possibly having a motive to mess something up?

Chris states they used a so-called “government approved company, Compliance and Research Services” to do the “same tests the Environmental Protection Agency performs before car companies put those mileage stickers on new cars.” Sorry guys.  That is not true.  EPA requires a lot more than what Compliance and Research did that afternoon from auto manufacturers, even though that dynamometer test may be part of it.  If you look at the website of the company,

you see they do alternative fuel conversions themselves.  But look what fuels they list: “C.A.R.S. have the capability to run your test program on alternative fuels such as natural gas, biodiesel, or ethanol as well as gasoline, diesel or indolene.”  You should note all are hydrocarbon fuels.  Any hydrogen expertise is not mentioned.  Any chance they might be a biased competitor?

Lies #7-?
First criticizing Dennis Lee’s personal religious belief, they then list several other devices Dennis has promoted, but NBC conveniently says nothing about any of them, just implying none of them ever worked.  Lies by implication. Would they ever attack anyone else’s religious belief?  Obama’s?  Or maybe religious hypocrites like Tony Blair or Newt Guinrich who suddenly became Catholic Pope worshippers for political convenience?

Lie #8
1990, Peter Sullivan alleges the Free Energy machine “had a problem delivering the real thing.” Chris Hansen proceeds to imply a unit was paid for but never delivered.  The truth is the device shown in the video was NEVER offered for sale.  The REASON it has not yet been delivered is the incessant propaganda work of Eric Kreig has persuaded many an attorney general in many states to condemn the product without any actual tests.  No money has ever been taken for actual sale of the device.  Many offerings of involvement in promotion of a future release have been made, at the total discretion of anyone who cares to become involved.  It is a lie to claim it was ever sold and not delivered.

Lie #9
NBC conveniently cuts out Dennis Lee’s full sentence talking about perpetual motion machines.  Dennis went on to talk about the sun or orbits of planets and other actions of nature which no one has ever witnessed stopping.  But NBC won’t take the time to listen to any truth.

Lie #10
University of MD professor Bob Parks opens with character assassination, then proceeds to recite dogma, rather than any actual test results. Bob Parks has never measured any of the free energy devices Dennis Lee promotes. Neither the HAFC nor the PICC are even claimed to be free energy.  Yet NBC wants to cluster everything together with ludicrous implications rather than direct evidence.

Lie #11 - ?
At the 4:30 point of part 2, NBC implies Dennis Lee’s imprisonment was the result of pleading guilty of 8 felony counts stemming from the marketing of one of his business opportunities.  Chris proceeds with his misleading phrasing by saying Dennis has been sued or prosecuted in nine states for violating consumer protection laws.  This is a misquote from Eric Krieg’s propaganda page.  As stated it is technically partially true, but ignores the FACT that prosecution and suits ARE NOT CONVICTIONS.   Are we all expected to be dumb enough to believe implications and never honest details?  Apparently NBC thinks all of us watch their soap operas every day.

Dennis was only “convicted” of not filing a form which no other business in California has ever been charged with, even though many would be eligible to if the same letter of the law were enforced impartially. A book could be written on how corrupt that specific law is and why nobody but political enemies are ever charged with it.  It was a focused attack on Dennis Lee by an ethically challenged prosecutor.  Dennis has only “plead guilty” when upon the advice of his attorney, that would stop the ongoing harassment intended to wear out Dennis’s resources.

Here is the major point.  Attacks have been cleverly postured to attempt to use the legal term of “discovery” to force Dennis Lee to expose ALL his proprietary intellectual property.  To do so would place yet un patented information into public record, thus destroying years of research and development.  Dennis is no fool.  People who misread the twisted record of events portrayed by Eric Kreig for years, and now NBC are the fools.

NBC goes on to list other states where Dennis has been attacked by equally corrupt government officials who answer to big oil bribes rather than legal justice.  NBC never lists any convictions with true reasons.  I challenge anyone to look up Dennis’s prison record in California and tell me the listed cause of his imprisonment.  The official prison document is blank where reason of imprisonment should be listed.  And remains blank to this day if you use an attorney database giving computer access to court documents.

Lie #12
At the 1:27 min point of part 3, Chris calls Dennis Lee the inventor of the HAFC.  Dennis is not and never has claimed to be the inventor.  The inventor is Mike Holler.  Mike Holler really is the research director for Dutchman and responsible for all performance claims, NOT DENNIS LEE.  Dennis oversees marketing, using data provided by Mike Holler.  Why didn’t NBC confront the actual inventor? ALL the performance numbers Dennis Lee uses came from Mike Holler.

Lies #13 - ?
And then comes the Eric Kreig interview.  If I’ve learned anything in 58 years of life, it is the trademark of a liar is what he accuses other’s of.

EK:  “He’s very good at controlling people”  Just like Eric himself.
EK:  “He constantly recycles new people”  Just like Eric himself.

Chris says the suit was dismissed with prejudice.  Since most of us don’t speak legalese, the true explanation is it was postponed because the FTC attack drained Dutchman’s resources, costing about a million dollars in lost sales and legal expenses to defend itself against the unjustified attack by FTC. It will continue where it left off as soon as Dutchman and Dennis Lee obtain sufficient money for legal costs.  It is conveniently not mentioned that Dennis has offered to settle his disputes with Eric Kreig out of court many times, but Mr. Kreig insists on totally destroying Dennis Lee rather than dropping his slanderous attacks.

EK:  “the urban legends about the person getting  a hundred miles a gallon are the ones that end up getting repeated.  They’re kind of friend of a friend stories, people like you are just supposed to just go away and oh it didn’t work, and you are just supposed to shut up about that.”  Really Eric?  Just like all your urban legends of massive “convictions” that never occurred?  Like all the suits and prosecutions, that never resulted in a genuine conviction?  Oh, yeah, Dennis won against FTC, but we’re supposed to just shut up about that I suppose?

EK:  “I’ve been wrong to predict his downfall in the past, he’ll probably weasel out of this and have some new promise”  Just like Eric Kreig.

Lie # 14
NBC inserted an interview with an unidentified government bureaucrat discussing totally unrelated crimes with nothing to do with either Dutchman or Dennis Lee.  It’s positioning implies Dutchman is guilty of all they talk about.  Creative editing again.  No justification whatsoever.

Lie #15
Leo Brancato.  Convoluted self contradictions here. One point claims it worked for 4 days, but later says the optimizer probably contains sand.  Interesting that sand could work so well for 4 days.  NBC claims in overlaid graphics that he is “trying” to get a refund.  Also stated by the teacher in another clip.  Why didn’t NBC confront each individual dealer the units were purchased from? They are the ones responsible for all refunds, not Dutchman or Dennis Lee.  Dennis has NEVER told dealers to keep money from unsatisfied customers.

Lie #16
When you quote someone out of context, you are lying yourself.  NBC repeatedly played Dennis Lee using the word “Guarantee.” And then conveniently cut out both what it is guaranteed to do and what is offered if the unit should fail.  This is intentional lying on NBC’s part.  They make no mention and didn’t even give Dennis the opportunity to explain that REFUNDS ARE ISSUED whenever a system fails to interface properly with the car’s computer.  The tidbit snips left from their hatchet job of editing shows Dennis was trying to explain this on his front porch, but NBC was afraid the public might realize Dennis was an honest business man.  Their entire intent of this report was to paint Dennis Lee in the worst light possible.

Lies # 17 - ?

Kreig claims to have felt bad for all the poor people turning over their money to Dennis Lee at one of his presentations.
EK:  “I actually went to one of his shows just for entertainment cause it just seemed like such a goof, but when I saw all the people turning over their life savings to him, I felt bad and made a point to be the one voice of reason for what he claims.” Chris asks “what’s your background?”
EK:   I’m an electrical engineer who’s worked on developing electronic products in telecommunications and robotics industry for 25 years.”
Chris: It would be hard to pull the wool over your eyes with something like this wouldn’t it?
EK:  “I’d like to think so, but if the science I have learned is wrong, then I would expect a level of proof to prove it.

Both proceed to discuss the irrelevant topic of the cost of a dealership, which is never forced on  anyone.  Eric also boasts of setting up his web page shortly after attending his first Dennis Lee program. A web site he boasts has kept many away from even looking at what Dennis has to offer.

My assessment.
1) Eric is an electronic engineer.  That qualifies him for electronic issues.  NOTHING ELSE.  The judge in the FTC case chastised FTC for bringing in a cryogenics Ph.D. to discuss automotive science.  So here we see Chris Hansen implying that an electronics engineer is qualified to analyze anything.  Typical of NBC.  NBC star Jay Leno can interview Paris Hilton and expect her to be an expert on anything too.  Hey, celebrities know everything don’t they?  Eric Kreig is the celebrity of the day at Dateline.
2) If Eric was concerned about people squandering their life savings on something foolish, why has he only focused on Dennis Lee all these years?  No concern about Bernie Madoff?  SEC corruption?  Bankers taking homes from so many elderly?  When did Eric obtain his professional investment advisor credentials?  Did he think of directing any of those poor misguided souls TOWARD a good investment advisor?  No, he only decided to slander Dennis Lee the rest of his life.  Did he ever measure ANY of the devices Dennis Lee promoted?  No.  He has only used theory and conjecture on his web site since inception.  His web site has destroyed every attempt Dennis Lee has made to implement and activate any of his energy projects.  The HAFC and PICC are neither anywhere near the theoretical “Over Unity” that is often debated, but just because Dennis Lee promotes it, Eric has slandered him and everything he represents no end. Expert internal combustion witnesses on behalf of the Dutchman project presented evidence to a court that it is entirely possible to get a 200% increase in fuel economy by injecting hydrogen from water, and the judge ruled in Dutchman’s favor after hearing witnesses for both sides. Eric also slanders all the other hydrogen boost devices on the market claiming none work when many others DO DELIVER a consistent 10 to 25% improvement in mileage.  The HAFC is about the ONLY one offering computer modification to enable it to go beyond the 25% performance improvement to higher levels.

Does Eric offer any help to the victims of the oil companies gouging over $80 billion out of commuter pocketbooks the last 2 years?  No.  No concern whatsoever about $80 billion extorted from people who HAVE TO BUY GAS TO GET TO WORK.  Just a psychotic obsession to destroy everything Dennis Lee does, attacking every single business venture and even his religion. Eric loves to pontificate outside his area of expertise.  He has NO CREDENTIALS for either investment advice or automotive combustion, yet NBC gives him prime time, HDTV network airtime to state his opinions, as if they had any value.

NBC plays clips from a hidden camera of Dennis Lee at a dealer sales event.  The use of a hidden camera implies something sinister or illegal was taking place.  It caters to the voyeur psychie. Dennis would have said the same things in a TV studio in sharp focus if they had asked.   They also splash graphics of big numbers like $300,000 or $350,000 on the screen, implying an outrageious theft was in progress and being captured by their voyeur cam.  May I ask the relevance?  Has NBC ever attended or looked into buying a Mac Donald’s franchise?  I understand they cost over a million dollars.  The movie “Super Size Me” revealed Mac Donalds has hurt more people with their junk food than Dennis Lee will ever harm. NBC implies $300,000 for a dealership to help customers with energy cost problems is a crime while a Million Dollars for a franchise to sell high fat foods to children and elderly is normal. But who’s paying attention?

Lies #17 - ?
Chris and the old windbag from U of MD ramble on about Dennis Lee promoting conspiracy theories. Apparently neither of these characters knows what a conspiracy is.  It is an agreement between 2 or more individuals to harm another or commit a crime that is either immoral or illegal.  So neither of these characters think anybody has ever conspired to:
A)  create a monopoly
B)  abuse the power of a monopoly
C)  use violence against a competitor
D)  abuse power in any way shape or form
E)  bribe a politician to write laws favoring one person over another
Or any type of conspiracy because all are just theories they claim.

And both think the US Government always has the public’s best interest in mind with all their actions.

Do I really need to comment further?  I wonder who they conspired with to make this propaganda show intended to remove ALL hydrogen boost devices from the market?

FTC versus Dutchman’s HAFC

Dutchman Wins Against Malicious Attack from Federal Trade Commission, but bureaucrat’s arrogance doesn’t go down easily.

The time has long gone when we could routinely accept statements from our US Government as having even a shred of truth to their claims.

The FTC, Federal Trade Commission, has allowed toxic fluoride to be used in your toothpaste for 40+ years.

The FTC has allowed toxic mercury metal to be used in your amalgam teeth fillings in your mouth for at least as long.

The FTC has allowed toxic mercury in multiple vaccines, evilly disguised under the name Thimerosal. This has been PROVEN in many studies to cause Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, SIDS, autism, and nervous disorders ranging from ADS, Attention Deficit Syndrome to Alzheimer’s.

The FTC allows Pepsi and Coke to add Aspartame as a sweetener in diet drinks, despite its numerous, and serious health detriments.

The FTC has a full section of their web site full of double talk and excuses why they could do nothing about the oil companies extorting over $80 billion is excess profits from working people who needed fuel, just to show up for work. At $4+ per gallon, minimum wage jobs suddenly cost more to show up at the time clock than the employee made working there. While we see oil companies STILL making a profit now with prices less than half what they charged for years.

The FTC passes responsibility on to other agencies to handle topics of security related issues, which lead to the massive Bernie Madoff ponzie scheme, while a whistle blower revealed the lawyers running the Securities Exchange Commission are too stupid to do simple profit and loss balance sheet math.

The FTC routinely allows oxymoron terms like “clean coal” or “clean nuclear energy.” In reality, neither are clean to acquire, use or dispose of waste, ever. The simple mining of either has caused ecological disasters worldwide.

Do I need to even mention all the lies broadcast by crooked politicians every election year? Yet none of them are ever forced to live up to claims by any level of federal enforcement.

The “Federal Reserve” is allowed to imply it is a Federal Agency, yet is privately owned. Does FTC care? No.

IRS is NOT a constitutional agency of the United States Government treasury. Ask any IRS employee where their paychecks come from? The Department of Agriculture, that’s where. The money it collects does not build roads, or even cover a tiny fraction of what the Defense department spends every year. IRS is a private corporation, registered in the State of Nevada. What does it do with the money it collects from your wages? Nobody knows for sure. It has NEVER BEEN AUDITED. Does FTC care about this massive fraud placed on US Citizens since 1913? No.

And now with a disintegrating federal government, the arrogant personnel at FTC feel they answer to nobody.

Has FTC EVER used heavy handed enforcement of restraining orders, limiting legal defenses of those charged against ANY of the blatant offenders I listed above? No. But they did use ever heavy handed technique within reach against a clean energy technology and its promoter on February 5, 2009.

That is when the FTC issued this arrogant and malicious press release attacking both a sales manager and company manufacturing a fuel enhancement system that had been showing tremendous results improving mileage performance. Did the FTC wish to see any scientific MEASUREMENTS to verify claims? No. They stormed into court with a list of THEORIES. Their substantiation? A Ph.D. schooled in cryogenics, and a long list of deceptive lies that had been posted on the Internet by a pathological liar with an agenda.

It should also be pointed out the FTC used a legal term I was not familiar with, “exparte” which is legalese to justify Nazi Gestapo policy of not allowing the defense to have any defense whatsoever, just enforcement with no justification. Without notice, they clamped a temporary restraining order on both Dutchman Enterprises and Dennis Lee’s corporate and personal checking and credit card accounts. This made cash to obtain a defense attorney impossible. This forced an immediate layoff of all employees, and the inability to pay any utilities from phone to heat. Mr. Lee tried to get the court to at least release enough of his own money to obtain an attorney, but at the demand of FTC, the court denied the request. Dennis Lee was thus forced into a deposition in front of an FTC attorney WITHOUT HIS OWN LEGAL COUNCIL. The following Monday, Mr. Lee was forced into court, in front of a Federal District Court Judge, STILL WITH NO LEGAL COUNCIL ALLOWED. The first indication of FTC screwing up royally with their own pompous arrogance came when Judge Michael Shipp was astonished such a thing had been done to ANY defendant, and stopped the hearing right at the start, and freed up sufficient money to obtain a defense attorney. It should be noted this was Dutchman and Dennis Lee’s own money, none from government funds, even though FTC had the full budget backing of the Federal Government to finance their grossly unjustified attack.

The record stands, Attorney Josh Millard, working for FTC attempted to drag a defendant into a full trial and force the defendant to have no legal council whatsoever.

Before I comment on the decision by judge Michael Shipp, let me do my own dissection of the ridiculous claims listed on the actual FTC document, posted on their site at

The actual 2007 Honda Civic listed at top of page 5, was parked in the court parking lot during the entire period of the trial. It was offered as evidence. Anyone could have simply taken a ride and experienced its performance. Additionally, several other vehicles, and testimonies of owners used in all advertising listed were also offered as witnesses for the defense. Was any of this allowed? No. The FTC ordered the judge to disallow any scientific measurement, or any testimony of performance and satisfaction, from court hearing.

If you have the patience to read through all the legalese of the FTC attack, you see them repeatedly complaining about the performance claims for the HAFC not being substantiated, while at the same time THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY SCIENTIFIC MEASUREMENT AS EVIDENCE. What MORON wrote this double talk? I happen to know which moron, the same one who has been running grossly unsubstantiated lies about Dennis Lee for years. And FTC chose to believe this guy? Apparently. Their attack looked like a copy and paste job from that slanderous propaganda web site.

The FTC document goes on to list numerous Dutchman ads, many containing testimonies from satisfied users. Did FTC subpoena ANY of those individuals to come verify their claims? No.

In a court trial, for the purpose of disproving the claims of a mileage improvement device the FTC attack, lead by attorney Joshua Millard presented nothing but the expert testimony of a Ph.D., schooled in cryogenics. This expert’s claim? Gasoline always burns 100%. All internal combustion engines run at 95% efficiency?

They might have gotten further if they had hired Professor Irwin Corey.

Given only 3 days and $5,000, again of his own money, Dennis Lee was required to find a Ph.D. expert witness to go up against the one chosen by FTC at who knows what cost to the US taxpayer. Dennis and Dutchman found such a man, and actually had testimony ready in time for the trial. Schooled with not one, but two doctorates, Dr. Lee (no relation) had to be flown in from South Korea, but arrived in time. His specialty? Internal combustion engines.

A few key points made by Dr. Lee were that gasoline inside a combustion chamber has only a short time to burn. Hydrogen acts as an accelerate to expedite more of the gasoline vapor. No liquid burns. It must be converted to vapor first. A strong magnetic field lowers the boiling point of liquids.

I must refer readers to the official statement by Dennis Lee and Dutchman Enterprises for more specific details of the abuse they received from FTC.

The short and disgusting summary I must finish with is Judge Michael Shipp ruled in favor of Dutchman and Dennis Lee with a 13 page itemized list of all the facts refuting all of FTC’s claims as totally bogus and unsubstantiated. But the FTC could not stand to be disgraced. Joshua Millard, lawyer for FTC DID NOT ALLOW A COURT STENOGRAPHER TO BE PRESENT DURING THE TRIAL. NO TRANSCRIPT EXISTS. THEN SOMEBODY DESTROYED THE COURT’S ONLY AUDIO RECORDING OF ALL PROCEEDINGS. Any bets who?

Why no Free Energy yet? - Fraudulent Investors

Please read the title carefully. For it is time the lid be blown on the biggest scam in the alternative energy field. Not investor fraud, but fraudulent investors.

Everybody knows we are dying from air, water and soil pollution. Everybody knows the oil based energy system is drastically overpriced and extorting the life out of the world’s economy. Everybody cries for some new clean technology to come forward or be released from some hidden closet or government file cabinet to solve the problem. Everybody thinks as soon as some clever company or inventor announces such technology to the public, that the financial word will beat a path to their door.

The truth is clean energy inventors are the new “niggers” of the 21st century and can’t get the time of day from anyone in the financial world. Yes, a Google search shows hundreds if not thousands of Venture Capital firms, environmental groups, and slimy politicians shouting “save the planet” while they are the most hypocritical people ON the planet.

Ask Paul Pantone what Sierra Club and GreenPeace said to him when he needed precious R&D money to complete his gem of a basic idea he called GEET back in the late 90’s?

Ask Tai Robinson what happened when he tried to simply get a smog certificate in California for the H2 Hummer he converted to run on pure, bottled Hydrogen gas. California’s AQMD would not allow it?Ask any small company selling hydrogen boost units for most any car if they have California Air Resources Board certification to use their product in California, to be able to GET a smog certificate?

Ask the CEO of Ovation, now named Zanaqua why he doesn’t have a big factory to turn out his fantastic water distillation process unit that makes distilled water as cheaply as city tap water?

Ask an ultra-efficient turbine engine designer I know of why they haven’t built a factory to make the clean burning engines for the almost a billion dollars of “expression of interests” they have received from huge, viable customers, all waiting for the units to come off an assembly line to pick up and pay for. But no factory exists for lack of capital.

Ask mega-bank Wells Fargo what they did with the Billion Dollars they boasted about last year that was going to go for clean renewable energy capitalization?

Ask the clowns who post “$10 Million Rewards for Waterfuel Technology” on energy chat boards, but can’t show any bank accounts they control with a dime in them?

Ask where the money is from blowhards who go on big talk shows claiming they have a pool of investors ready to finance anything clean that really works, but never seem to have SEC registration documentation or even corporate registration documents to prove they are a legitimate investment fund, much less have a bank account with money in it.

Now that you have interviewed all these people to discover their agenda, do you wonder why controversial invention promoters like Dennis Lee have to resort to rather strange ways to raise capital to get something to the public? 

When an inventor in the team I started myself several years ago, BEFORE EVER MAKING ANY SORT OF PERFORMANCE CLAIM, had guns shoved in his face, I have to ask WHY THE GUNS? Where’s the American dream of tremendous wealth, beautiful women and media accolades as a reward for a job well done? For saving us from those evil ragheads blamed for 9/11 and high gas prices. Or at the very least, a “nice start Ken, here’s some money to complete your project” remark. No. The gun toters said stop or be killed.

And to the ongoing skeptics who just say “put it up on the Internet for everyone to make themselves and make it open source” I must point out, to do that only gives it to the thieves who already HAVE YOUR stolen money to go make MORE OF YOUR MONEY by selling you this new hardware that has no patent protection for the people who risked their lives making it. Factories cost hundreds of millions, not a few. Multinational companies that have been ripping you off for years have no trouble tooling up for another one of their own fads to dump on the public. New startups don’t. New startups don’t even have the deposit money to start subcontracting anything to other small shops on a piece meal basis.

Competent employees can’t work for minimum wage, and should never be asked to. A bedroom in which to sleep in a safe neighborhood in Los Angeles costs a grand a month now. Small apartments run close to $2 grand. Add up the wages necessary to support a man and his family with inflation like this and YOU tell me what it would cost to run a new high tech company requiring hundreds of mature, intelligent and reliable employees. And do you think any government will allow spending like that without injecting themselves as a partner to run your costs even higher?

To the skeptics who criticize inventors who demand large sums just to look at what they have, I have to ask, what are you expecting to see for nothing up front? Good grief, the idiot box by satellite costs $20/month plus your electric bill. Why SHOULD anyone who invested their lives in both time and personal risk to create something that works just throw it to the wind and not be justifiably compensated? Even a dog and pony show costs money to present. Nothing happens for free.

Alternative energy is NOT the military industrial complex. We do NOT receive endless grants from pork projects just to develop something at taxpayer expense, then bill the taxpayer again to manufacture it. Don’t tell me I’m exaggerating. I was in aerospace and KNOW how they butter their bread. Alternative energy inventors have more ethics than anyone in the military industrial complex, or the medical industry, or the pharmaceutical industry. And I dare anyone to prove me wrong. I found a medical doctor in Southern California recently who AT HIS OWN EXPENSE discovered the use of ADULT STEM CELLS, NOT fetal tissue or fertilized egg source stem cells, but ADULT cells directly from the patient’s own body, when used to treat stroke victims, has shown MIRACULOUS results. California allocated $3 Billion to stem cell research, but did anyone read the fine print? It won’t allow a dime to ADULT stem cell research. Why? Pressure from the eugenics/abortion industry to pad their own pockets is why, NOT to help humanity. Infant based stem cells ALWAYS create disasters. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar. But ADULT derived stem cells, from the person’s own body, have already gotten a QUADRIPLEGIC to walk again. INFANT BASED STEM CELLS ARE NOTHING BUT MONEY HANDED OVER TO THE ABORTION/EUGENICS INDUSTRY WITH NO OBLIGATION TO DO ANYTHING PRODUCTIVE WITH IT AND NOTHING MORE.

I called the office of the doctor with the stroke victim treatment for more details. Http://www.strokedoctor.com/  He is having trouble getting any investor money, regardless of the miracles he has already shown. My own dear mother was bedridden for 9 years following a major stroke. The medical industry of the day said there was NO CURE, and STILL DOES. I certainly know the grief a stroke causes a family. Here is a man with a genuine solution and where does megabank WELLS FARGO throw their PRINTED MONEY THEY GET CHEAP FROM THE FEDERAL RESERVE? Not here. Not with genuine clean energy either. The first $5 million of that billion I mentioned earlier went to buy Carlyle Group stock. Anybody ever heard of them? Major stock holders are the Queen of England, the Bush family and the Bin Laden family, and I think David Rockefeller has a few shares too. Boy that sure helps humanity a lot. 

So what can the little guy do? For goodness sake DON’T BUY STOCK IN SMALL START UP COMPANIES. The SEC WON’T LET YOU. And despite my pleas for capital here, I don’t want the small investor exposed to the market risk associated with any new start up. But it is past time the accredited investors out there, the corporate treasurers and CFO’s, the mutual fund managers and the trustees of the numerous Tax Free Foundation shelters of the super rich wake up and pay the piper. The public is fed up with your squandering billions and trillions on absolute crap, on Gulfstream jets for your precious directors to tour the world looking for another photo-op to make your pathetically miserable souls look “humanitarian” to the average sofa slug, and on phony schemes that do nothing but pad the pockets of your grotesque ANTIHUMAN, DEPOPULATION agenda with eugenics.

Which reminds me, ever heard the real rags to riches story of Bill Gates? Wonder who is trustee of his now $66 Billion Gates Foundation? What is he doing with a fund that by law has to give away $9 million A DAY, 365 days a year?

Bill Gates’ dad, William H. Gates has been involved with Planned Parenthood and the eugenics movement for decades. He is an attorney with a very suspicious background, going to work in a high position for IBM right out of law school. Not a normal “starting position” job. Who remembers IBM made the machines Hitler used in his Nazi Death Camps to keep track of religious prisoners?

His affiliation with eugenics companies is proven by his own admission in this speech he gave to the Population Research Bureau in 2005.Bill Gates (Jr.) made his dad the trustee over his enormous foundations. This LA Times article shows the severity of this issue with some astounding numbers. 

With the addition of the $31 billion from Warren Buffet, the total funds under attorney Gates directorship now is $66 Billion Dollars. Well and good until you see the foundation is chartered to support primarily “population control” issues. Worse yet, they are required by tax law to give away 5% of their assets every year or lose their tax free status. With their eugenics agenda, it all goes to horrible causes, much to Planned Parenthood. Here are some old numbers from 1999. 

But it gets worse.

I had already known the Packard Foundation (HP) was big and dangerous and gave a million dollars A DAY to population control issues, mostly abortion. But if you do the math on the Gates foundations, they are giving over $9 million A DAY to eugenics programs, again, mostly abortion. And for those who do not know, the highest concentration s of abortion clinics are found in black and other ethnic neighborhoods.

Personally, even though I am heavily invested in Windows technology and software, I am now giving serious consideration to going over to Linux. 

I am overwhelmed with the enormous financial power of evil in this country. George Bush campaigns as pro-life but records now show he has allowed more Federal money to go to Planned Parenthood than Bill & Hillary Clinton directed that way. That’s deplorably dishonest. The further death and destruction he has caused by invading 2 countries he now ADMITS had nothing to do with 9/11 is beyond comment.

There is only one presidential candidate, Ron Paul, addressing the horrendously corrupt IRS issue and is the only way we can begin to stop this grotesque bloodshed. FoxNews makes fun of him, yet Fox is the only network I know of that obtained a legal precedent to be able to blatantly lie to viewers, without remorse.

But back to the Gates Foundation agenda. We heard recently it was going to fund massive childhood vaccinations in Africa. Did anyone ask what vaccinations, allegedly to save lives, has to do with the Gates’ Foundation corporate charter to support a “population control” agenda? Simple. Ever heard of Thimerosal? It is currently found in most all of the vaccines destined to Africa. Curious what some of the side effects of mercury are? And that agenda is not the power we all need to support a 21st century lifestyle, that of healthy, sanitary, ample conveniences of mobility and a solid family supported by a father so the mother can stay at home and raise the children. No, for some strange reason, all the super wealthy in the world belong to an assortment of agenda obsessed groups or societies, hell-bent on enslaving the world population with controlled poverty, not prosperity for anyone but themselves. As a stock broker myself years ago, I was taught it was not a matter of how much you make, it was a matter of how much you keep. History and current events have proven the big wealth of the world was seldom acquired legitimately, but even what little was, is now kept in tight control, never to be shared with anyone but to pad their exorbitant lifestyles. Do we see Marie Antoinette again here people? 

The news media is giving us Britney Spears, and OJ Simpson crap again, while Bush threatens to irradiate the world with another DU war in Iran. And inventors with crappie ideas are shown in the spotlight while GENUINE technologies are faced with IRS ATTACKS and lying criticism from skeptics with an agenda to keep the rich rich, and never allow a dime of capital to reach anyone with a working technology. Further evidence is seeing all the big names we know in the media are members of the Council on Foreign Relations, or Knights of Malta or some other Jesuit spin-off like Skull and Bones, again who follow the above agenda RELIGIOUSLY. No, I have not wandered off topic from alternative energy. All the above examples of horribly corrupt leadership in politics, religion and business, all tied to the financial world, has directed billions of dollars NOT into clean energy to HELP humanity, but into outrageously dangerous coal, nuclear energy, and derivatives. Falsely claiming they’re the only available choices, yet killing thousands of coal miners a year worldwide, and exposing the entire planet to leaked radiation during mining, processing as well as the indiscriminate use in weaponry, creating biological havoc on the planet for eons to come. None of this is necessary nor are the excuses true, but all is in the agenda of eugenics, created by twisted minds with an antihuman agenda of promoting death, and a level of pathologic greed beyond description. 

I will now state categorically, working units capable of delivering free energy technology exist now. They have existed for a hundred years, but these fools I describe have kept them from you.

My friend Gary Vesperman recently compiled an updated Suppressed Inventor list showing that the grotesque, criminally driven oppression is beyond rational explanation.

Obscure, silent infiltration, enforced by the Mafia, and intentionally unreported by the criminally owned media, seems to be the name of the game in this silent war against humanity described in the “lawfulpath” link mentioned Earlier. Is there any real “fair and balanced” reporting anywhere?  Care to explain Cardinal Richard Mahoney of Los Angeles and media mogul Rupert Murdoch both being members of the Knights of Malta? Any common agendas here?

The only banker name Americans recognize is Alan Greenspan,  a member of CFR founded by Knights of Malta for the purpose of bringing the US back under British control, again, via secret infiltration, blackmail and extortion. The central bankers in London and Brussels are run by Masons. The Mafia’s of the world appear to answer to the Masonic P2 Lodge in Monte Carlo. Leaders there answer to the Knights of Malta, answering to the Jesuit Order in the Vatican. The Vatican’s physical advisors are the Rothschilds, and Rockefellers with untraceable assets in the trillions, hidden by a maze of trusts and offshore corporations with untraceable stock holders. Who does the Pope go to for his Catholic confession? A Jesuit priest.

The Vatican’s banker was going to reveal this series of links to the world in 1982, but was found hanging under a bridge in London. A bridge with a history of Masonic activity of this sort.  (video) The wealth of this planet stinks to high heaven. 

As long as religious organizations like Catholics, Baptists, Methodists and even Jews, Mormons and Muslims, along with the biggest “benevolent organizations” on the planet ALL have LEADERS who are members of these assorted secret societies that follow this silent war against humanity agenda, along with our highest politicians, top military officials, and judges in all branches of government being members of the SAME secret societies that control ALL the money in the world, using IRS to enforce an illegal tax structure on those too ignorant to read the facts, we have a serious problem that just a few letters to your congressman or protest signs, much less an individual inventor with a good idea, will never solve.

To all the super wealthy, alleged, but phony “do-gooders” in the world, I have one thing to say to you.

Termites in the Infrastructure

Popular antiwar advocate Cindy Sheehan threw in the towel last week and chose to step out of the media spotlight. Why? After losing her oldest son to a war she felt was created by the Republicans, she discovered the Democrats were just as bloodthirsty and heartless. Those of us in the clean energy movement need to mature enough to know we haven’t had any good presidents or congresses in my lifetime, and I’m 56.

Let me dispel a few urban legends about some not so good guys.

Lyndon Johnson hung around with black civil right leaders and allegedly was responsible for moving the US out of the racist south days of the 50’s into the civil rights programs we see today. Yet E. Howard Hunt gave a deathbed confession that he observed Lyndon Johnson conspire with J. Edgar Hoover to use the CIA and the Mafia to kill JFK. If you can get your hands on a rare book that was only sold in France, the shady business associate of Lyndon Johnson, Billy Sol Estes stated the same thing, agreeing with several other contemporary historians. Mr. Estes also reported on several murders in Texas ordered by Lyndon himself as well as ripping off the government itself via corrupt frauds. Lyndon’s wife, Ladybird held huge stock in the company making helicopters that were dropping like flies in Vietnam, and of course, being replaced with new ones as soon as they dropped.

Nixon came in to clean up the Vietnam war, but milked it for several years just for his own gain, only to be taught the hard way that the shadow government controls Washington, not him.

Jimmy Carter is praised for raising efficiency standards of gasoline engines and being the first to promote various alternative energies. He is also portrayed as the victim of the “October Surprise” which blames Reagan and Bush for secretly delaying the Iran hostage situation just long enough to get elected. Legend goes on to blame Reagan and the Bushes as the first to start using “preemptive strikes.” An act which shifted US policy from one of being a defender to that of an aggressor. But for the record, the F117a was ordered by Jimmy Carter in the late 70’s. It was later revealed to the public in 1988 under Reagan. Here are some historical facts about the F117a that nobody noticed.

Take a look down the nose of the plane. Can anyone NOT see a correlation to the symbol of the New World Order - Illuminati? Why would Jimmy Carter order this plane? His affiliation with the Trilateral Commission maybe?

Then take a top down perspective.

See any relationship to the Masonic symbol? The tail point is exactly 90 degrees. I met a friend of the families to the 2 top hot shots at the Skunkworks. He told me both Kelly Johnson and Ben Rich were Masons. What a coincidence.

Inside the Skunkworks where the plane was made, industrious workers were always ready to make an extra buck as soon as it was legal. The same week the plane was acknowledged to exist and shown to the public, one of the line workers behind the “black curtain” was out at the Lockheed Skunkworks Credit Union parking lot selling T-shirts with a picture of the plane on the back and the insignia worn by the pilots on the front. I know, because I bought one myself. But a funny thing happened a week later. The same guy was still selling F117a T-shirts, but they didn’t look exactly the same. Take a close look at the insignia that was on the front of the first edition of the T-shirt.

Then look what happened to the insignia on his next “production run” that also ended up on his satin jackets. The illustration is off the satin jackets he sold, identical to 2nd edition T-shirts.

You will note the expression “First Strike” is missing. The FBI confronted him and DEMANDED he remove the phrase because as far as the public knew, the US would NEVER start a war. However, the first edition was copied from what was actually the truth behind the black curtain, again, ordered initially during the Carter administration.

Reagan sabotaged unions and triggered a continuous decline in middle class wages as a result that continues even to this day. He also complied with any scheme the Federal Reserve crooks asked of him, causing the term stagflation, worst of both worlds, rising prices but fewer jobs to pay for them. “Trickle Down Economics” was nothing more than corporate welfare for the rich. Oil accelerated the Middle East excuses to continue creeping fuel prices upward, even though there has NEVER been a real shortage of oil in the US.

Then along comes Clinton, most noted for his sex scandals, but overlooked for what he was doing in the background to America’s economy and secretly working with his former silent business partners, the Bushes, from an adjacent state. The neocon press was rightfully condemning scandals like the missile guidance secrets and other high technologies going to China, but nobody caught what he was doing for oil. Every new, clean energy inventor gets this comment shoved in his face. “You can’t do anything that will harm the US oil infrastructure, or the government will shut you down.” A recent inventor by the name of Paul Zigouras had 2 men in suits from some government agency come to his work place and told him that directly this year. Scared witless, he complied.

But I just learned something this week. That alleged Federal requirement is NOT urban legend. But it is NOT congressional legislation either. What is it? It’s an executive order. Issued by who? None other than the Bush’s silent business partner from the Mena Arkansas drug dealing days, Bill Clinton himself. Yes it is fact. Look up executive order number 13010, signed July 17, 1996.

I should note that it has been amended many times since to the point that it is now unclear whether it is still operational at all or if it has grown to be an enormous secret bureaucracy funded by the government, but dictated by the president. It’s first amendment, number 13025 increased its staff and made the president responsible for selecting everyone.So as the whirlwind of GW Bush blows through and threatens to both break us with high oil prices and destroy all the civil liberties America has had for 231 years, just remember the structure was weakened in the first place by a few characters some people thought were good guys. And the Federal mandate of our Federally enforced addiction to oil was a prescription written by that sneakiest pusher of all, Bill Clinton. Just trying to help out few friends.

So do any genuine “greens” out there really want another Clinton in the White House?

Clean Electric Transportation Available NOW

Alternative energies are great, but what can I buy and use today? That is about the only criticism I get about my CommuteFaster Energy news page. Most brilliant technologies are either dodging the “men in black” to sneak their ideas into manufacture or if they actually accomplished getting a patent, they are still trying to find a bank willing to help them get a factory running.

In the mean time… Electric is now and 100% forward compatible to any of the clean energy technologies I have reported on the last 3 years.

May 22, 2007 was the Grand Opening of Environmental Motors in Glendale California, just northeast of Los Angeles. Environmental Motors is aiming to be THE one stop for any clean energy transportation present or future. According to director Taryn Socolow they are open to representing all of them. The makes and models currently offered are listed at their web site www.environmentalmotors.com. I would point out they are already dealers for ZAP which announced the startling X-Crossover this February, a 644 HP, 155 MPH, 300+ mile range all wheel drive, 7 seat family SUV that recharges in 10 minutes. Taryn expects ZAP to start delivering the X-Crossover within a year, but ZAP has not informed dealers of a specific date yet. She says they are also pursuing Tesla Car representation, which has sold 300 of their all electric, $100,000 sports cars since their announcement last year.

Additionally, Environmental Motors is also a Honda Dealer. With Honda’s announcement this last week of the new Hydrogen Fuel Cell FCX to go into full production in 2008, they are ideally situated to handle the latest and greatest of both technologies.

Proving both his sense of humor and true support of clean transportation, Chris Paine, Director of “Who Killed the Electric Car” was also at the Grand Opening.

Kent Sokolow, owner of Environmental Motors and Bill Williams, VP North American sales of ZENN - Zero Emmission No Noise Electric cars fielded questions from the audience. Bill gave a 15 minute presentation bringing everyone up to speed on the current state of the electric car.

Flaunting a first class line up of clean efficient electric force…

… some oil tycoon must have complained to the local police about parking violations. So out came the black and whites. Conspiracy?????

Kent and Taryn Sokolow were interviewed by ABCTV for a segment on Eye on LA.

Electric and Hybrid Vehicles for both low speed Urban/Industrial/Campus application or freeway speed applications are stocked.

The Honda Civic Hybrid was on display. EPA = 49 city, 51 hwy.

Along with the Honda Accord V6 Hybrid. EPA = 28 city, 35 hwy, but just drive one, you’ll love the power it has when the extra 40 HP electric motor kicks in, as well as the luxurious interior and wonderful dual wishbone suspension handling.

Bill Williams and Kent Sokolow kept an attentive audience fielding questions for half an hour.

US $ on Oil Standard Since 1973

 John Perkins, author of “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man” sheds enormous light on the the blood money behind oil and world power.  A little proof of how threatening he is to current powers in Washington is the fact that the Bush Administration set up an attack on him orchestrated through the State Department.  Take a look at this page to see what I mean.

Despite blatant lies posted on the Government site, John Perkins’ credentials do check out and his stories don’t require any delusional imagination to see how historical events occurred, unlike fantasies regurgitated by the major media from the current politicians in power.

I have often heard the expression bounced around that our money is no longer on the gold standard, but on an oil standard. Mr. Perkins proves that is genuine, documentable US policy, not rumor.  In video clip #1 of  3 from a speech given at the Veterans For Peace National Convention, Seattle, WA in August 2006, Mr. Perkins reveals what happened in 1973 that shifted enormous power from bankers into the hands of oil. It also explains our suspicious loyalty to Saudi Arabia since then.  In clips 2 and 3 you learn the intricate, complex and bloody plot that then handed over world power to the few that control oil.  The present actions by the Bush mafia are an attempt to grasp world power, not just oil for the US.  The US doesn’t need oil, it has plenty of its own.  But several world powers like Japan and China do need oil, or at least these criminals thought they did.  If clean and green energy suddenly became both available and economical, that would start a NEW monopoly game with DIFFERENT money.  That would make everyone equal again, still subservient to bankers, but the game always starts with everyone having the same amount of cash.  Previous game cash is now worthless.  Even those with large real estate holdings, suddenly can’t afford the upkeep and slide in with all the rest.  Who takes the big house?  The banker of course.  But with free abundant energy, a lot more people can do a lot more than when they were dumping a third of their paychecks into their gas tanks.

I have felt all along that the international banking system was involved in energy suppression in some aspect.  This lecture pretty much proves that allegation and explains how it happened.  Events that took place over 45 years, some only reported in the back of the newspapers as they happened, that had long term implications on all our lives.  Bankers’ fiat money has enabled them to control the world for about 400 years, but there is a flaw in their sinister plot.  When a monopoly game reaches the end, one player consumes all the money on the board.  They become the largest depositor at the bank.  That forces the banker to either implement completely different money or become a partner with the large depositor.  The latter is what caused the Rockefeller name, unknown 200 years ago to suddenly equate with the Rothschild name in world finance.

Get to know your free CIA spook services

It was revealed some time ago that the CIA provided startup funding for Google. Just like the spiritual type, government spooks don’t dissappear easily without a major exorcism, not easily accomplished. So in the mean time we see Google is offering interesting spillover information to anyone.

Google is beta testing a Lab program called Trends. With it you can see volume and location stats on certain search words. I’m not sure of the value of this, but it is interesting and I’m sure reveals something in the background.

HyPower Fuel

The May 11, 2007 press release says they have 3 of 4 videos produced. They were supposed to do a video webcast back in February this year, but that date keeps getting delayed. Quality video productions take time to produce, but didn’t they know that before they announced the February air date?

 I still remember “Emerging Tech” in ?St. Louis?? who kept making titalating announcements of being on the verge of something big, reported an explosion in November 2003 and the website went dark in January 2004, never to be heard from again.  Or Genesis Scientific’s grandeose announcements, followed by incarceration of the founder.  I don’t think we all know the full story on that one though. Personally I would guess they started out with legitimate research, but management started to believe the sales department hype and rediculous projections, making things get out of hand. 

Moral: don’t sell stock until you KNOW something works.

As a former stock broker myself, I am suspicious of companies who tend to do things to get the stock price up but little to get lots of product to lots of customers.  I hope any genuine energy technologies learned from the dot com fiasco in the 90’s.  You don’t change your life style until you have satisified customers recommending you to all their friends.  Not when the public just learns of your stock.

I can only hope fo the best for HyPowerFuel at this point.  Every inventor knows setbacks are a genuine fact of life.  Let’s hope reality stays in front of the sales depeartment.

Ron Paul

Ron Paul is unquestionably the most constitutionally loyal candidate on any ticket.  His voting record shows he lives up to campaign promises. He is the ONLY candidate who understands the “New World Order’s” agenda to destroy the US and turn it into a fascist corporate state. And according to internet reports, he is actually leading in true polls but is being horribly suppressed and ignored by the TV mega-moguls.

So how will he act pertaining to issues reported at CommuteFaster.com?  Is clean energy part of the constitution?  Maybe not directly, but life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness IS part of the Declaration of Independence, on which the Constitution is based.  Clean air, soil and water is a right of life.  And the constitution does require government to protect its residents.  Personally I feel that would include stopping mafia style threats from monopolies, as well as keeping a “hands off” approach to let the inventor do what he needs to to get his innovation to the consumer.

I have e-mailed an invitation to Ron Paul’s campaign headquarters to come on my BlogTalkRadio show for an hour and comment on this and other related issues.  If I don’t hear a response in a week, I may get a little more aggressive to get his attention.

I would appreciate any comments from readers who know more of Ron’s history on energy issues.  Just remember, neither he nor I believe in Government hand outs. I am aware of a pork program to the wind industry he voted against.  But what has he done about predatory monopolies with gross disrespect for human life?

Welcome to the CommuteFaster EnergyBlog

This is where you will find more in depth reports on the same general topics covered at the “Best Energy Sources” news site.  Due primarily to its format size restraints, most everything posted there are just short comments and links to major news agencies or press realeases from inventors and manufacturers. But with the introduction of the CommuteFaster Energy Hour BlogTalk show and important people that I am now working directly with, a place to post direct reports myself has become a necessity. 

Additionally, there has become a need to review products and services in new clean energy that are gradually becoming available.  And with the standard blog format, you the reader can fire back with your views, corrections or embellishments.

I must warn I have a low tolerance for juvenile spit-spats or oil company propaganda. Both will be deleted as soon as I see them.  The monopolies have censored us for a hundred years from the enormous media outlets that they already own. We have every right to keep their lies under control.  They already have the TV industry.  They don’t need an inch of space here.
